What is Parkinson's Disease?
Parkinson's Disease is a type of disease that is progressive and chronic, this tells us that over time it will get worse. It's also known as a disorder in the brain. There doesn't seem to be a definite cause for this disease yet, but it has shown on research and numerous tests that people who have Parkinson's Disease showed that a particular chemical in the brain is lacking or dying even. Unfortunately, there hasn't been a cure made for this specific disease however there are prescription drugs that you may get prescribed with to help with every day life and to reduce the seriousness of the symptoms you will go through over time. This disease is more common in the elderly - around 60 years old but in some special cases there are people who are younger who get this disease also.
